*Since we do work with custom orders there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS unless there is a terrible mistake on my part and I am contacted within 24 hours, in which case I will request a video and picture of the product which can potentially lead to a request to return the tumbler to me for inspection and will either fix it or replace it. If you are needing to cancel your order, it MUST BE COMPLETED SAME DAY as the initial order was placed or it will not be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
